Here is my little ditty of an 'ODE, I have written for Pacific Dawn, following on from my one for Regal Princess..
ODE TO PACIFIC DAWN
'Pacific Dawn you are now re born
and will arrive in Sydney on a November morn
How brilliant you look, white and bright
P&O Australia have dressed you allright
You will carry Aussies over the South Seas
from Sydney Harbour to Island palm trees
You'll carry oldies, young ones, kiddies too
all enjoying a cruise on a sea of blue
There will be buffets, dinners, arvo teas too
bingo, trivia..oh so much to do
There will be singing, dancing
swimming and drinking !!
Maybe some time for relaxing
and some sleeping !!
So good luck our Pacific Dawn
a regal ship so newly born'
