Need a Volunteer to Help With The Banner Wave For Next Saturday Nov 10th

Next Saturday November 10th I will be gone to Phoenix to visit some of the Phoenix CC member and also my Mom and Step Dad. Unfortunately I know I will not be avaialbe to be by the computer to capture the 3 PM Banner Wave from the Oosterdam. Also Next Saturday is going to be a busy Saturday in San Diego because not only will the Oosterdam be there but the RYndam will be there as well. I had suggested to the Ryndam Roll Call that they may want to do their Wave at 2:30 so not to cause problems with the Web Cam.

So are there any volunteers out there that would be will to help capture everyone waving?

I guess we are new to this wave. There are quite a few of us CC'ers on the Nov. 10 sailing and we'd love to wave. I volunteer to capture waves from now on after we sail , but this is our first HAL sailing and we really want to wave. joytotw@aol.com

It would be great if you can do it. It is really very easy. Here is the link to the San Diego Web Cam Zoomed in to where they should be for the 3 PM Wave.

You may want to experiment and play with it to move the
camera around. What I do is get in contact and share cell phone numbers there a few minutes before 3 or when I see most are out there for the wave I call the designated person. I just tell them to wave, then I refresh the web cam picture. Then click the round circle that says "save this" I then save it to my pictures on my computer then I copy it to paste into the CC Wave Thread for that day. The reason I save it into my computer is because the pasted picture tends to disappear in a few days.
