Shallow water snorkeling

Best of

My DH wants to snorkel, but does not want to be in deep water. He likes to be able to come in and go out as he pleases. Does anyone know of an beach area that has lots of fish, and that rents beach chairs for me?

There is a fabulous spot, Catalina Cove http://www.shorediving.com/Earth/ABC/Aruba/Catalina_Cove/index.htm for snorkeling which is as you requested, shallow, however, there are no chaise rentals. IF you arrive early there are one or two shade palapas.

For snorkeling with chaise rentals near by, see my post at http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showpost.php?p=12192299&postcount=4. Unfortunately to see anything worthwhile, I believe you would have to swim out to the jetty and it does not sound as if your dh would be comfortable with doing this?
