Nothing like waiting until last minute.... We're leaving tomorrow!

Quick question I hope someone can answer before I crash into bed:

Does the corkage fee apply to each bottle? I like white and BF likes red. So if we bring 1 bottle of each, will they charge us $30?

Yes, corkage fees are charged per bottle.

Purchase your wine aboard ship however, and no corkage fees are charged over the price of the wine.

We are bringing a few bottles from our favorite VA winery, so I doubt I can get those on the Noordam..

But thanks for answering.. I thought I might be going to bed wondering!!

HAL allows you to bring wine aboard. Took a bottle on the Zaandam a few weeks ago with no problem at security.

Will you each drink a full bottle at dinner each night? If you don't, they'll save the bottle of white & red for the next evenings' meal but you won't be charged again for corkage (obvs. it's already been opened:p ). Then it's like paying one corkage fee each night (if you were both drinking the same bottle) But yes, we've been charged a fee for each bottle if we bring to the dining room. Typically we bring wine to enjoy on our balcony and then buy wine with dinner, unless we're bringing a special wine for our anniversary, etc....
