The vegetarian sandwich consists of thinly sliced Philly
cream cheese,tomatoes,and cucumbers, served on white toast.

I practically lived on them on my last cruise!

Thanks so much for the post! As a vegetarian/vegan I am trying to find out all the options that will be available for me while I am aboard. That sandwich sounds a lot like the one they serve at Tim Horton's (a Canadian donut chain), except they use vegetable or strawberry cream cheese. So yummy.
