It stands for CruiseValueCenter. It's an online agency.

that is an incredible on line agency who ive used several times, and ive found their rates to be the lowest that im aware of. if it is ok to post their address, let me know. since there are people who have differences of opinions as to what is appropriate or not. the best thing to do is read the guidelines. if it is ok, i will be glad to give it to you! my pleasure!
