We live in Orlando and I help run a large business here. We are having our employees work from home tomorrow (software business) so that they can be near home to do any final preparations.

I was supposed to spend the weekend in St. Pete... not a good weekend to do that. :(

Hi...looks like Bonnie brought things to the East......here In Jacksonville, the end of Bonnie brought big winds here......we had a Tornado here........someone caught on LIVE on their camcorder.....it made the news tonite......lots of damage but thankfully nobody was hurt.
Now Bonnie is gone.......and Charley is coming up the state:rolleyes: :eek: :( ......2 in one week...Yeeegaaadssss.......

And...all the hundreds of thousands of people leaving the low lieing areas in the Tampa Area.....are going west.......to Orlando.......

Our son, who lives in Orlando, is taking in four people a cat and two dogs tonight. His friends say that I-4 from Tampa eastward is bumper to bumper.

Just clouds and a little wind here. We wait for the rain to come from the south and west. I guess tomorrow we will get lots and lots of rain.

We lost power twice this afternoon, but as you can see we are up and running again. Even the DSL which usually takes a while to come back.

Our friends in Palm Beach County are getting lots of rain now.

Wish there was a little icon with an umbrella......
