Harrisons Cave update.. 20th December 2007

I just called this afternoon to the caves and was told that they would not be open until mid January. I said that was too bad as they would miss alot of people coming in from overseas.

I did advise her that I wasn't sure she was the person to do anything about this, but suggested that someone update the Website and answer the e-mail. That I personally had written an e-mail over 3 weeks ago and to date had not received any e-mail in return. She did say (and hopefully she will) that she would give this information and suggestions to the people who are responsible for this and hopefully the website would be updated and the e-mail answered.
So.. there you have it..

as of December 19th, 2007, Harrison's Cave is not due to open until Mid January.. We will check again then.

interesting, why are they not open? we are booked for here at the end of January hopefully it will be open then.

it's a construction project.. thats just the way things are around here and in many parts of the world.. Hopefully they will be open by then.

Kind of late for those who missed the chance the last time due to them being closed - such as me - but I am hopeful those with trips coming up get a chance to see them.

Thankfully, Barbados ended up having much more to offer and still enjoyed my visit to the island.
