Ryndam arriving in San Diego this morning!

THe beautiful Ryndam arrives in San Diego at approx 6:45AM!! Looks like beautiful day to sail! The ship on the left is the Dawn Princess.

We came off the Ryndam this morning. Thanks for the great pics of us sailing in. It felt nearly as warm in San Diego as in Cabo and a LOT warmer than at sea yesterday.

Sigh, this is the cruise that we were originally scheduled for but had to cancel. I hope everyone had fun. Mexico in December is a special time.

Yes, it felt like a holiday cruise. The ship was decorated from Christmas, poinsettas on every table in the Lido and all around the ship. Christmas trees too. The captain did an official tree lighting ceremony one night with mulled wine and cookies.
It was great to see the Christmas decorations in the 6 Mexican ports. We had a very good lecturer on board and one of his talks was on Mexican holiday traditions. The other two were on whales and Mexican/ Latin American culture.
