Hi I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on the caribbean beach resort or the coronado springs resort? Which one is better?

I think they are of the same category and that you can't go wrong with either. We like staying at the Wilderness Lodge - very rustic!

I liked Coronado Springs better, it's a lot newer and is laid out better.

I've stayed at Caribbean Beach Resort twice, and we loved it. I have some pictures of this resort on my web site, the link is below in my signature. I think all of Disney's resorts are great, you can't go wrong with either one. When we were deciding which resort for our first trip, we decided on CBR because we liked the idea of a tropical theme. Both CBR and CSR are large resorts, rather spread out. Caribbean Beach Resort has been completed refurbished within the last 3 years, including every single room, the food court, sit-down restaurant, etc. Enjoy! :)

Caribbean Beach is more tropically themed whereas Coronado Springs has more of a southwest flavor. Both are big and spread out. Coronado caters to conventions whereas Caribbean does not. I know you can find pictures of the outsides and rooms on http://www.wdwig.com . Try that and see if you like the themeing of one over another.
