I've been given an 2 cat upgrade from VD to VB? What is the difference between the two?

You got upgraded from VD?

What did they give you Penicillon?

*LOL* I am sorry I couldn't resist :)

Paul- It's the same size and type of cabin, just in a better place on the ship, whether it be a deck up or more toward the center of the ship (which is a more stable ride and a higher priced cabin!) Congrats on your upgrade!

I still think it's a hoot that HAL has VD cabins on board their ships! You would think the marketing folks would have caught that one.

On the Vista ships the verandah cabins on Verandah deck are the same size, but the cabins in the indented midships area have smaller verandahs than the cabins fore and aft.

The verandah width is the same, but the depth is 12 to 18 inches greater on the fore and aft cabins. Some would say the midships location is actually better, but the drawback is the slightly smaller verandah.

Jim-

It's pretty funny.
