Thanks for the heads up, Marie. I fly SW whenever possible. I just earned another freebie ticket with them that I'll be using to book my flight to San Diego for my Oosterdam cruise in March.

My experience on SWA has been good. They usually leave and land on time, planes are clean and fares much lower than the old line airlines. I do wish I could reserve a specific seat however.
