DH has never been to the Pinnacle and I am willing to give it another try. We are doing the 8 night to Mexico first and then 4 nights to Vancouver, does anyone have an idea of which night would be the Master Chefs dinner or if they have it on this sailing Dutch Night? Would really like to avoid one or both of these if possible. TIA

The food and service are excellent. We generally skip the Master Chefs dinner and book that night because of limited selection on the menu for MCD.
The only issue is limited wine selections. If you are a wine drinker, order from downstairs and have it delivered to Pinnacle an hour or so before dinner so they can prepare it.

Thanks, we will probably bring wine aboard with us, and DH usually orders a wine package. But if I want to book ahead for the Pinnacle how do I find out which night is the MCD?

But if I want to book ahead for the Pinnacle how do I find out which night is the MCD?I haven't seen the old "Dutch Night" on our last 3 cruises (13 months). They have a couple of the old Dutch Night dishes one night, but that's all it amounts to any more. I suggest to avoid the MCD dinner you just wait until you're on board to book. If you go on embarkation day I doubt you'll have a problem getting what you want.

Thanks, I guess we'll just book a random night, and hope for the best.

Even on our 23 day cruise there wasn't the traditional Dutch night like we used to have in the past. Just a couple of Dutch dishes - no hats.
