Actually watched the show last night, was very cool. Also very surprised to learn that the ship carried so much $$$ worth of food.

I LOVE that show! Chef Irvine will be opening his first 2 restaurants just a few blocks from my condo this Spring. The names are "Ooze and Schmooze". Can't wait to give them a try!
