Does anyone know for sure whether Cozume will be a tender port or not? According to the HAL web page it's not but the last time they were here they tendered in the morning and then around 4pm moved to the dock.
I'm planning to meet some friends in Cozumel this Friday and whether or not they tender will effect what time I need to arrive at the dock.
Any information will be appreciated.

Go to cruisecal. com and check to see how many ships will be at Cozumel the same day. If there are many, you might tender. If there are only one or two, you probably will dock.
Let us know.

We were there in November and docked. It also looked like they were building new piers (perhaps rebuilding one's that were destroyed by the hurricanes).

[B]Yes - they are still rebuilding piers that were destroyed by the hurricanes.

There are 5 ships in on 2/15. I suggest you check the following Cozumel Insider website (www.cozumelinsider.com) as they usually have the uptodate piers. They publish the list for Sunday to Saturday so next Friday should be published tomorrow.

Thanks for all of your responses.
I'll check the local newspaper tomorrow. I live in Cancun and often go to Cozumel to meet friends but since the hurricane it's been hard to figure out which ships will dock where.
