:) .........After reading all these fantastic replies about the Elton John Impersonator....can you tell me what other entertainers have stood out in your minds? (Good or not so good;) )
Most of you are long time HAL cruisers so this would probably be easier for ya'll to answer, but of course anyone can chime in about any of your cruises (on whatever line).
There was a tribute to Broadway on one of my Celebrity Cruises....the singers and dancers were quite good! And they also did a tribute to "Ole Blue Eyes"....it was excellent!

Actually, the one entertainment that sticks in my mind was the Filipino Crew Show. It was excellent - these crew members put their heart and soul into entertaining everyone and were very well received.

It's been years since I've seen big-name entertaiers (like Shirley Jones, Anna Maria Alberghetti, Margaret Whiting, Don Cornell) on a HAL ship, but that's not to say that they don't have some excellent entertainers.

I haven't seen him in years, but I was totally impressed by Clive Baldwin; he sang the songs of, in the style of, and sounded exactly like Al Jolsen.

More recently old favorites Frank Berry and Justin Miller performed on the Rotterdam. It was a thrill to see them again.

On this last cruise I especially liked Ian Finkel, Petrina Johnson, Bob Long, Carme Pitrello, Robin Fellows, Katzenjammer (4 hands, 1 piano), and the Neva Dance Trio.

One of the advantages of Main sitting is the opportunity to ask those who went to the early show how they enjoyed it.
