Fly cruise

Being relatively new to cruising, this year will be our first fly/cruise. Does FO charter planes specifically for this purpose?

We are on our first cruise in April flying to Miami from Bristol. We opted for Bristol because it's nearer home but I have an awful feeling it is not a direct flight.
Also does anyone know about upgrades on the flights. I thought I had read that if you had booked a superior cabin you would automatically get an upgrade in the flight but our travel agent is saying only economy class available.....
Thanks for the responses on the previous thread.... very useful esp the togging up bit & info on the excursions.

I think all his flights are chartered specially ,don,t know if they are direct but their customer service will know ,why not give them a ring ,they are all very personable and helpful ,do you have their phone number in Ipswich ,if not its 01473746160 that gets you through to passenger services :)

I am flying to Teneriffe on a chartered Thomson flight from Stansted and was told, at time of booking, that we had to pick up passengbrs in Manchester. The return flight is chartered Monarch straight to Stansted.

Hi,
Are you sailing on the Balmoral? We are going on this ship April14 from Miami & ending up in rome on May 1st. We have sailed a good few times & love it.
