I posted a couple of weeks ago that we had received our docs for the 10/2 Volendam sailing. What I left out is that the package did not contain Mariner buttons and luggage tags.

I left a voice mail on Friday at the Mariner's Club office. Monday, I have a lovely handwritten notecard with the tags and buttons.

I call that great customer service!

A handwritten card is a nice touch.

You've had your 10/2 docs for a couple of weeks. We're still waiting to get ours for 9/20!

About a year ago we didn't have any of the Mariner tags to put on the luggage. I e-mailed the Mariner Society and within a few days, got a nice note with quite a few of the tags - more than enough for carry-ons for a long time to come.

Thank you for posting this message. All too often we only post the complaints and gripes. It is nice to have the 'good things' posted, as well.

I just love it when people take the time to mention good service. All too often we're so quick to criticize, but when treated well we just go on our merry way. Many thanks for posting!
