Hello!

I just read a post about problems with noise, temperature (neither bother me) and terrible odors from the bathroom vents and other areas (would bother me) from a person who had recently had a bad experience on PG in C767.

I'm booked in that cabin in May, very much looking forward to the experience, but the idea of a cabin with a "stinky bathroom" does put me off.

Would anyone who's previously been in that cabin please tell me if this is a chronic problem or possibly a one time thing?

I booked the location for the aft experience and would upgrade, but it appears that this sailing is sold out...and I'd really love to use that cabin if others have enjoyed it.

Thanks for any info you can provide.

Murphysmum, I also posted several times in that same thread; we stayed in the same cabin, and had a completely different experience than the original poster who had problems. I haven't read other reports of similar problems with this cabin, so combined with our problem-free experience, I'd conclude it was more of a one-time problem. Go back to eagerly anticipating a great cruise!

Thanks so much for the feedback and reassurance. I'd read only positive things about the Paul Gauguin and now I'll continue to look forward to the cruise.

I just finished a cruise on Azamara in an aft cabin and I really like the views from there.

Happy sailing and, again, thanks!
