Thanks in advance with the following questions -

1. Is it possible to buy the suite elite pkg with the SS or only with the SA. I like the fact that the suite elite includes internet minutes.

2. How early can one purchase shore excursions?

Suite packages are available only to PS/SA/SB/SC category staterooms.

Excursions open at different times, but generally you can book them once you have a booking number. You may book until 10 days prior to sailing.

There is a suite elite package available to PS. SA. SB. SC (Deluxe veranda suites).
There is a suite amenities package available to all others not in the deluxe suites.
You have to call ship services for pricing for your particular cruise. 1-800-541-1576

You can review what each has to offer under booked guests > purchasing onboard gifts on the HAL web site, but you still have to call for pricing.

Just checked and the suite amenities package is for everyone in suites other than the deluxe suites. That would definately include your category.
