We will be traveling over the holiday season with several 19 and 21 year olds. Are they allowed in the casino? We have sailed on Carnival and Royal Caribbean and they were allowed in at 18, but not allowed to purchase liquor. Rccl does allow them to purchase beer and wine, not hard liquor, Carnival does not allow that until 21. I do hope the age limit in the casino is 18 - I know HAL has a 21 year old age limit on alcohol purchase and that is fine with us! Thanks for any info you can give.

I have seen kids under 18 win at Bingo but they are with their parents and the parent has to sign for the money if they win.

I checked HAL's website and although they mention On-Board policies for those under 21 regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages, there is nothing about the Casino. Don't know the answer to that question but think it may be 18.

Have your TA find out for sure.

Actually read a part of our "Know before you go" that is included with our documents. Haven't done that in years.

Quote: "You must be at least 18 years old to play in the casino." Page 32.

The age for the casino is still 18. I double checked with Ship's Services yesterday.

Thanks everyone for your replies - some of you did research for me! Thank you!
And my "over 18 teenagers" will be thrilled to hear the news!
