Could somebody tell me about the stingray adventure on Half Moon Cay? My wife and I have done "Stingray City" before...
How deep is the water?
Basically I'm asking if our 7 and 5 year old boys can do.

I didn't do it, by my DW, DD, and DSiL enjoyed it.

I think if they stood on the shallow end of the line of people, or slightly back of the line, kids would be okay. Here's two pics. (Click to enlarge)

In my opinion, I think this stingray 'encounter' would be fine for your children...the area is kinda fenced in and the rays seem to hang pretty close to the beach....I think this would be more comfortable for your children's introduction to the stingrays. My personal experience at Stingray city in the Grand Cayman's wasn't the best...since the waters were fairly rough when we were there and I kept getting 'knocked' over by the waves (I'm just under 5 feet tall).
Have a great time on Half Moon Cay...it is beautiful!
