When we are at King's wharf, I need to make a phone call (local), to confirm an excursion reservation. Does anyone know if there is a pay phone at the wharf? Does it take US coins? How much for a local call? Thanks for any info.

There are a few regular pay phones and the phone company usually has one of those portable payphone carts that has like 6 phones of something. Almost no one uses pat phones anymore, so the price per call has climbed to 50c per call (it might even be 75c now, I forget).

There's a bank of payphones just outside the ship terminal. They take US and Bermuda coins. Local calls are 50 cents.

Thanks for the info. Nice to know I can use a local phone instead of my cell.
Pleides - by the way, I think the "local" call to confirm my reservations is to you :D
