I am thinking about May 2009 on the NAVIGATOR, Ft Lauderdale to Monte Carlo, and adding 7 day segment Monte Carlo to Athens. Total 22 days. Anyone done this? WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU AS TO THE WEATHER (SEAS) AND OVERALL VALUE. Thanks:)

We are booked on the May 1 09 cruise Ft L to Monte Carlo...so will be glad to meet you!
We have done several crossings - most recently in Nov 06 on Voyager. We had good weather, and moderate seas. However May should (please note use of the conditional tense!!) be warmer. I hope! In Nov we only spent one or two mornings at the pool. I have read that Navigator moves about a lot in moderate to heavy seas and so am planning to equip myself with sea bands. I find these very effective.
My only other comment about a crossing is that it is loads of fun and the lectures/entertainment etc is super. Never a dull moment!!
