My two teenage daughters and I will have a quick excursion from 8 a.m. about 1:00 p.m. in mid May. Oldest dd is really into photography so she wants to see the Butterfly Conservatory to take tons of pictures. Any other suggestions on where to go for great pictures after we leave there?
How about the Aquarium? and the Tropical Forest and Botanical Garden?
Won't be doing any drinking, and will probably only want a small lunch, so we want to see as much as we can.
Would love to hear your suggestions!

Have them bring their roller blades or rent an electric car and sneak back into the neighborhoods for great pictures. Depending on their imagination, they have an unlimited source. Look at this visitor's examples, they could be in a store!

The Southernmost Marker is very close to the Butterfly Conservatory. Walk there and take pictures there. Your daughters might enjoy the Pirate Museum, the Audubon Museum, the Mel Fisher Sunken Treasure Museum, the Customs House Museum, Truman's White House,a tour on the Trolley or a walk along the picturesque Schooner Wharf. There is a free museum, the Eco-Science center that has some interesting displays and a very nice movie.

Key West is a photgraphy paradise. We have been in KW several times and will most likely be returning again next year. I entertain myself during our entire stay pretty much with just walking and taking pics of beautiful homes, foliage and scenery. The Butterfly Conservatory is great photo stop, so are the Gardens and Grotto at Mary Star of the Sea Church, the KW Cemetary is another unique spot to take photos. The habor at Mallory Square is very pretty especially at sunset, Nancy's Secret Garden was a great palce to vist and was able to many great pics of orchids and parrots. The KW Lighthouse is a photo must...you can take some gorgeous photoes there. Hemingway's House and the Audobon House were nice too. Southermsot Point and the Mansion there is very pretty. You spend days just walking finding great subjects to photograph. Hope you have fun.
