Will be in a suite on Westerdam in Jan. for an Eastern Caribbean cruise and have a lot of questions.
Is the mini-bar complementary in the suites?
What will the conceirge do for you?
Should we make RSVP for the Pinnacle Grill in advance of sailing?
Any other "special" things we will receive?

The mini bar, even in the suites, is not free. There will be a price list in your cabin.
The concierge can do anything and everything for you. He/she can take care of your charge card, book shore excursions, make reservations for the Pinnacle (we always wait until we get on the ship), make change for you, cash traveler's checks, etc.
You will get free dry cleaning and free laundry service.
There will be a free bottle of champagne in your suite when you arrive at the ship - compliments of the captain and hotel manager.
Invite to a suite cocktail party the first evening on the ship.
A boutonnier and corsage for the first formal evening.
Free use of binnoculars.
Free use of a large umbrella - hope it doesn't rain.
Personalized stationary.
Priority tender passes.
Priority disembarkation.

Dinner in the Pinnacle on the first night is only $10 per person. We make reservations prior to the cruise.
Have fun...you will love your room and your balcony.
