This may sound like a silly question, can you sea fish of the ships:confused:

Nope, sorry but depending on where you are going there may be some fishing opportunities at the ports.

:confused: - do you mean can you see any fish off the side/stern/bow of the ship?
You may possibly see Flying Fish in the Southern Caribbean around Barbados.

Oops, I thought she meant sea fish as in deep sea fishing but I think you are correct Esme, she probably meant see fish. Now if she asked me if she could eat fish, that would have been clear to me ;)

I have seen flying fish in the Southern Carib. also lots of dolphins in different areas.....jean :cool:

Marine mammals can be frequently seen (whales, dolphins, otters, seals, sea lions, etc.) on Alaska and Pacific coastal cruises.

We have seen dolphins in port, in Port canaveral and flying fish while on all our caribbean cruises and some dolphins too.:)

You don't supposed that the original poster read our thread about "blenders" and someone talked about fishing from the ship and got the idea that we weren't really serious?

gliles, you were right I did mean sea fishing with a rod off the ship but I imagine the ship would be too large, but you never know having never cruised before I wasnt sure, its nice to know anyway that we may see dolphins and flying fish.:)
