Help from former HAL cruisers

I have visited the HAL web site and have received their catalogs and cannot get any answers on a number of items
10 day cruise on the Volendam---How many formal and informal and casual nights? I have most recently cruised with Celebrity and their policies are very clear.

On a 10 day cruise HAL will nominally have 3 formal nights, 2 informal nights, and 5 casual nights. But that can and sometimes does change depending upon the details of the itinerary.

I agree with Rev Neal. I have been on a few HAL 10-day cruises and that's basically what we have experienced. Always have been 3 formal nights, the others can vary. Hope that helps. I will be on the Volendam March 20th, come and join me.

Our 13-day Prinsendam sailing will have 3 formal, 2 informal, and 8 casual evenings.

It can vary.

We did back-to-back cruises a couple of years ago and the first 10 days we had 3 formal and 2 informal. On the second 10 day segment, we had 2 formal and 3 informal - go figure!
