Do I have to wait until I am on board to make reservations for the Pinnacle? Or can I call now for reservations?

You can call ship services to make your reservations. They will charge your credit card right then for the fee. We made reservations already for the first night on board.

Call now. I called Ship' Services and requested a table for 6 for our first night on the Statendam on the 30th. As the group was large (for the Pinnacle) they e-mailed a special form to fill out and fax back. For smaller groups they can take the reservation over the phone. Be prepared to pay by credit card when you call in.

If we don't make it to the ship on Saturday, will our Pinaccle reservation, along with items purchased from ship's services be refunded? I know the excursion bookings specified the refund policy, but no mention was made of a situation such as this.
