Can we bring our Diet Dr. Pepper on board in a carryon or bag. Or, Do we have to pack it?

I feel pretty sure that if you drink a soda that the ship does not carry, they will let you bring it on board. I don`t drink soda so have never had to do this, maybe someone else here has experience with this....jean

We have taken a good supply of Caff.Free Diet Pepsi & Wine on board at both San Diego(Statendam)-Ralph's Superstore and Seattle(Amsterdam) Safeway with no problem. We use both strictly in our suite and do not take it to the dining room or other public places. If we want caff.free diet around the ship we usually get Sprite. We have purchased both in the departure cities and took it in with our carryons -- very visible both places.

No need to try to hide it. There is no published restriction on bringing soft drinks on board. We've just carried them on in the plastic sacks we got at the store. No problem. They just have to go through the x-ray scanner right inside the gangway.
