Have not had a chance to check all air lines BUT just to let know - just checking one site - no flights into Ft Lauderdale, Miami. West Palm Beach, and Orlando until Monday at noon!!

RSW (Southwest Regional) Ft Myers closed this evening as well.

Just talked to my friend who is a flight attendant on Southwest airlines based in FLL, she said they are closed till mon. at the earliest, according to damage. As long as she gets into Columbus tomorrow to pick up my niece who has been here for 2 weeks, I`ll be OK!!!....jean :cool:

I heard on CNN that the Miami airport will re-open sometime today.

Heard the same thing.

Sounds like only in-coming flights right now and possibly out-going flights this evening.
