I have not checked out prices, but I know people are looking for this.

Great link but I'd be weary of the hotels listed in the NYC area because it lists the Best Western Newark Airport.
Also keep in mind that transportation to and from the cruise ship can easily eat up any parking savings making it a huge hassle.
Again, my advice is only for the NYC Airport area.
You'll end up paying for parking one way or the other.
