Can anyone tell me if there is someplace to rent wave runners. We are traveling to Key West, Cosumel, Grand Caymen and HMC. I know you can rent them on HMC, but the way the weather has been, I am not sure we are going to get there on our October 2nd cruise on the Zuiderdam.

You certainly can rent them in Key West.

We went on a round the island wave runner tour in Key West on our 08/21 Zuiderdam cruise. It was a blast. We booked with Key West Water Tours (www.keywestwatertours.com (http://www.keywestwatertours.com)) and ended up having a private tour as noone else booked for that day/time. The tour was $115 for 2 people on one waverunner (they have a $10 coupon on their website). Equipment was in very good condition. Tour included 2 "play times", history of island and some interesting info about tmarine life in the area. Tour guide was great. We used the bone island shuttle to get to the marina on Shelter island.
You can also rent wave runners by the hour.
In Cozumel you can rent then in many places including Paradise Beach, not sure how much they were there but saw many people going out on them.
