:) Hi...just wanting to take a few minutes to thank everyone on here for all your help and kind words.
When I first posted on this board it seemed a bit harder for me than on X...and that is probably because I started on there and knew many more folks....
But as the last few weeks have gone by, it has been really nice....with my questions answered, and more than that, the concern I felt when Frances came around. I truely want to thank for you that as well.

Tomorrow is my last day at work:D ...and it looks like the Z will be on schedule...-HMC but that is ok too.......still going on a cruise!

My flight leaves here on Friday at 12:15 for FLL...
arriving about 1:00.

I am just about ALL PACKED!....just those last things that need to go in the luggage.

I will be around tomorrow....and in the evening...and will probably pop in on Sat morning too;) .....
But I just wanted to take this time to say that I am really excited about this cruise and.......a big
THANK YOU EVERYONE:)

Lois....I think it safe to say most of us agree you have added alot to our group and enjoy all you contribute. I am grateful you made it through Frances without injury or serious damage to your home.
You certainly have Earned this vacation. Go and relax, party, eat a little too much, drink an extra drink, laugh a little too loud.....Have a wonderful time.

If we don't 'speak' tomorrow.......Bon Voyage!!! We'll be eager to hear all about it when you return.

Lois, I am sure you will have a wonderful time on the Zuirderdam (I only wish I was going with you) I feel the board is kind of a close knit family that just communicates via this board and you are definitely a member of the family. Like all families we may not always agree but when the going gets tough the family is there for you maybe not physically but in thoughts and prayers.

Lois, I hope you have an absolutely wonderful time on the Zuiderdam and that this will be your first of many more cruises with HAL!

I sailed ZUDM quite a few times already and am returning October 2. I love this ship, but then, I love all of HAL's ships that I have sailed.

I'm looking forward to your comments upon your return, unless you decide to post from St. Thomas.

Go and have a wonderful time and don't worry about Ivan. Think positive! All will be well!

P.S. Having just returned from an emergency trip to Michigan, I just "caught up" with the board to find out you won't be sailing to HMC.:( That is a perfect reason to book another cruise with HAL in the Carribean! :rolleyes:

Hi..thank you, thank you, thank you everyone.

I went over to my Dad's after work (he gave me 50.00:D ) gotta love those Dads!
Then I found a new necklace at a local consignment store..really pretty...black and silver...then....I took myself out to dinner........any of you heard of STONEWOOD? Really good place.......they have a 2 4 1 Happy Hour.......so I had Merlot......, some sashimi appetizer, a bowl of French Onion Soup with good bread, and a mint chocolate ice cream crepe with coffee.
I needed to relax and try to stop stressing over everything........the wine worked;)
So.........tomorrow morning I will shower, pack the last items and head for the airport......!
