Wine and Champagne onboard

I've read several reviews commenting favorably on the wine lists onboard the Journey and the Quest. Can anybody remember what they ordered and the cost per bottle? Better yet, does anybody have a copy of the wine lists in the different restaurants that they could post pictures of?

Also, if you had welcome aboard bottle of champagne in your stateroom, do you remember what the label was and whether it was tasty? (I'm not good with wine snob terminology yet:o )
