We have not yet received our refund for the May 10 sailing. Anyone else with the same problem?

We were supposed to sail May 3 and I just received an email from ec customer service manager Andrew Dutton that he has been out with an illness and that's why he hasn't responded to my inquiries until now. I received the cruise fare refund a couple of weeks ago and he has finally reimbursed me for the airline tickets and the 5 day tour package. I am going to email the 240.00usd phone bill today and hopefully he'll reimburse that as well. Will post here when he does.

Just be patient you will receive your refund. I am sure they are so overloaded with as many cancellations as they had. They don't have the staff that a mega ship as Princess or Carnival has, so just hang in there!! It will probably take a couple of weeks to process.

Good!! Sometimes it just takes a little time. Have you booked your replacement cruise?

:D Just got back from being out of town for a week and before we left I faxed a copy of our phone bill circling all calls and faxes to EC totaling 190.00usd. Just received a response that the refund has already been processed and they refunded the entire bill of 231.00usd! Now that's customer service. I see they have availability for the Classical Greece cruise up to Apr 4th 2009. I'm going to wait a llittle longer to book a little later in the spring or summer of 2009. Can't wait to start planning! (again):p.
