Am booking Sept. 17, 2005 Eastern Caribbean Cat. 6 outside dlx. w/ veranda. Do these cabins have mini fridges? Have sailed w/ Celebrity, Royal Olympic, and Carnival, but never Disney.
Also, I have been reading that DCL doesn't confiscate liquor brought aboard. Is this really true!! (must be their concession for no casino?)
And thirdly, are soft drinks included at all times onboard now?
Thanks for your help.

ps:what brand soft drinks? coke or pepsi?

The cabins on the Magic and Wonder have a "beverage cooler." It will keep cold beverages cold, but takes a while to cool room temperature beverages. I can't help you with the liquor question, but DCL did recently decide to include soft drinks thoughout the day (used to just be in the dining rooms). DCL carries Coke products.

Yes, they have a cooler/fridge. The soda is free at the deck 9 beverage station all day and at the restaurants. If you get some from a bar you will still be charged.

DCL carries Coke products. Soda is available in dining rooms, Topsiders and Deck 9 beverage station at no charge. You will be charged for soda in any of the bars and if you order from room service.

DCL does not confiscate liquor brought on board. However, if you purchase any from the onboard duty-free shop it will be held for you until the last night of the cruise. HTH

There were 5 adults in my party. We took 3 cases of beer and a case of wine onboard. I didn't want it all out in the open with all of the kids around, so I covered it with a garbage bag going into the terminal.
