Shore Excursions - Recommendations??

We're going to be cruising for the very first time in December. We're sailing on the 4 night Disney Wonder cruise. "We" are me, DH, DD age 4, and DS age 10 and in a wheelchair.

I'm looking at the shore excursion possibilities, especially in Nassau. Any recommendations? Why would you recommend that? Anything you'd stay away from? Why?

Because we cruise 2 - 3 times a year, we take a cab while in the islands. It's always nice to hear from the "local" drivers about the culture of "their" island.
