Just wondering, how early in the morning does the Neptune open - and when does it close?

On port days -- the Neptune Lounge opens at 7 AM and closes at 8:30.
On sea days, many of the ships Neptune Lounges don't open until 7:30 AM.
A couple ships will close at 8 PM.
You will get a letter in your suite indicating the times that the Neptune Lounge will be open for your ship.
