I know this is early to be asking this...but does HAL have another Signature ship on the horizon? I read somewhere that there is another one ordered for 2010. If so, has it been named yet?

is not another cruise ship.
As far as I know, Carnival put the kabosh on all new builds, not already underway and believe this included any plans for a sister to the Eurodam.
Perhaps the fine folk sailing on the Eurodam, right now, will have further insight.

Yes, one is to be built by Fincantieri for launch in 2010 - no name yet.

The last I heard in May -- they have stopped the plans for another sginature ship.

The Second Signature class is going ahead as it was ordered before the announcement by Carnival of a hold on new orders. There again with 18 ships on order for Carnival brands there will be plenty of ships coming out.
