Since I am taking two other couples as my guest on the 20 day Coastal Explorer from Valparaiso/Seattle, I worry that all is perfect with HAL. For some reason I never have this with Celebrity. Any how, Tiffany Bergman (Supervisor of Customer Relations HAL) has been a darling. She even took the time and sent me a lovely letter telling me about the "SOE". What's more, displaying the artistry and culinary talents of the new chef, a enhanced food program has been introduced. I take this as tableside preparation and presentation . I do feel better, after hearing from Ms. Bergman.

Siitting here in the Seattle Airport waiting for my flight home to SFO...

- Although overall I was pleased with the cruise, there are a few issues that HAL still needs to address - particularly the food. I'll post a complete review when I get back to SFO (just need to finish a few thoughts...) - but as a teaser, HAL are implementing (on our cruise) a new cocktail program that seems like a winner!!!

Thanks Leslie. I guess we will have to wait and see what this is about. I am hoping this is referring to improving the menus.:)

Maybe this new chef will loose the meatloaf on the dinner menu. :D
