It was wonderful! Seen and did more than I ever thought possible. In Italy met Claudio for a tour, it was one of the highlights. I would confidently recommend him to anyone. As for the ship..subtle changes, mostly in the dinning room. Our waiter seemed to have more tables than could be handled comfortably. Also, noticed there was not much of the personal service we had enjoyed previously. But all in all, I understand the bottom line is primary, and we did enjoy ourselves, it is just that things are a changin!!

Glad you had a great time! Sounds like problems in the dining room and "less than stellar" service levels are fleet-wide... not just on the Zui... :(

Could be wrong, but I suspect that this business of automatic tips is related to fewer staff in the dining rooms. There may be other changes in the quality of service that are related to the new tipping policy as well. More money distributed to fewer people equals a raise in pay.
