Fare status changes

In looking at the bookings for the 12/23/04 cruise on the Zuiderdam, I
see that the satus for a category goes back and forth from guarantee,
available, and closed. I can understand from available to guarantee and
from available to closed. But why from closed to available?

Closed can mean that a TA has taken a block of rooms. They re-open when some are returned to inventory...
