HAL Wine Package???

Does HAL have a wine package at a pre-set price? If so how much is it and what kind of wines are on it? Do you have to order that through ship services prior to leaving or can you order on board. Thanks

Yes, go to the HAL website and download the gift list.

HAL does have wine packages which can be ordered either through ship services or when you get on the ship. Don't know the prices as they keep changing.

You might want to call ship services and have them e-mail you a list of the available wines and the prices.

All ships used to have 4 and 6 bottle Navigator Wine Packages. This may have been dropped as well lately.

I just ordered the 6 bottle wine package yesterday. BE AWARE...the price on the website says $125.00, the one they email you says $144.00. I purposely called in my order to see what they were going to charge me...the rep asked ME what price I had and of course said $125.00 and that is what I was charged. I wouldn't fax in the order, download and then call them.

I ordered the merlot package in advance and got something else delivered to the room.

We were told last week the only package available was the six bottle, and that we could only pick up the wine the first night at dinner. They would not have it in our stateroom, as this policy had caused too much confusion in the dining room. This was for the Nov. 7 Oosterdam cruise.

I usually wait until the "wine taste" on the first day at sea. They may run some specials, but if not, it's great to try new wines! They have a four and six bottle special, but I don't believe the bottle carries over to the Pinnical Grill.
