We are going to be in the handicapped suite 6156 on the Westerdam and I am wondering if the balconies have dividers between them....is there any privacy when you are sitting on the balcony? Has anyone travelled in this suite?

We are booked in an aft suite on the floor above you for our cruise. From what I understand, the aft portion of the balcony is open to above, but the side portion of the balcony is covered and private. This is our first cruise on HAL, so everything is what I have learned from others' pictures and comments.

You will have privacy side to side, but not from above. Unless you stay near your cabin door folks can see you plainly from above. We were on Zuiderdam and we went to the aft pool and looked over into that balcony. It is big, but it ain't private.

When we were on the oosterdam and standing out on the Lido, we were able to look down onto all the aft balconies. We could see ALMOST everything.
