Beantown Trolley - Grayline, anyone done this?

Hi everyone!

I have read a lot about the Old Town Trolley, but I am interested in the Garyline tour. I spoke with them and they told me that you can pick up the trolley right on the pier by the cruise ships.

We are traveling with out mothers and it looks like the walk to the pick up at Old Town is a long walk. I am afraid that it would be taxing for them (my mother in law is having foot surgery in a few weeks and I am concerned about too much walking for her in October)

I would really appreciate any input on this tour. Has anyone seen their pick up location at the pier? How far is the walk?
