A tipping question

Pardon the mundane question, but do I tip the driver on the HAL transfer (airport to port)? If so, how much (Rome)?

I don't know what others do, but I've never tipped the bus driver when taking a HAL transfer. It never crossed my mind to.
I almost always take the HAL transfers when going to/from the ship, and sometimes to a pre-cruise hotel.

Our last trip the driver had to load all the luggage big & small on the bus in the hot sun in an order he could get them out at several stops at the airport. I thought he deserved more than the guy at the airport that writes out your bording pass and puts the route tape on the suitcase! Or the bellman at any hotel in Vegas that holds the door to your cab open.
