Fresh Grapefruit Cosmo Recipe?

Can someone onboard or who knows for sure help me with this? I am not very familiar with cocktails, but I had the Fresh Grapefruit Cosmo onboard the Maasdam and loved it. Since then I have tried to order something similar locally but it was terrible.

Can anyone tell me the precise recipe for the HAL Fresh Grapefruit Cosmo so I can tell a bartender?

Pink Grapefruit Cosmos

2 Lime Wedges
1/8th Grapefruit

Hand press the fruit with a muddler and add ice
Add the following:

1.5 oz Vodka
1.5 oz House made sour (1 part fresh lemon juice, 1 part fresh lime juice, 2 parts simple syrup. Simple syrup = 1/2 cup sugar to 1 1/2 cups water).
1.0 oz Cranberry juice

Shake and strain into martini glass
Garnish with grated grapefruit zest over top of drink
