We are sailing on Sept.02.09 AK Inside Passage, on the Volendam. I am investigating the shore excursions, and have read on CC that Harv & Marv are worth taking a look at. Our problem is time. We are only in Juneau from 2:30P.M. to 8:00P.M. Can anyone comment on this offering, and if so which tour package should we reserve? We are interested in whalewatching, as well as any possible wildlife sightings.

Give Harv and Marv's a try - they usually take two, sometimes three tours out per day (they have two 6-passenger boats). Those guys are the best! and you might get lucky - they may have had a cancellation or a spot open during the time you're in port. Highly recommend them- up close and personal with the whales and other sea life. They do a fabuolous job!
