Can anyone tell me about the configuration of this cabin or share pictures you might have of it? We are booked in this cabin for the 1/23/05 Eastern Caribbean. Have not sailed on HAL before, so any special tips or information will be appreciated. Thank you.

We were in 7078 on the Zuiderdam. It was probably the same. The room was actually a little smaller and the sofa bed was for l person instead of 2. Also, the balcony was narrower, I thought. On the other hand, it had an interesting view. I'm glad we tried the room but I probably wouldn't do it again.

We had S7088 on the Zuiderdam last November. I did really like that suite. It is the farthest away from the Neptune...but I did like the layout of the room. The verandah is narrower than other suites...but it is irregularly shaped and longer than others. It gives a very good view out to sea. You are not overlooking any lifeboats. One day it was extremely windy and we had a hard time opening the door....thought we might blow away if outside. The room is spacious....and the best part is about the bathroom. The bathroom is not at the front of the suite, as most are. It is on the side...and if you left the doors open to the bathroom (there are 2) you have an ocean view while seated on the "throne". I thought that was particularly nice. Enjoy!

Little Feet and KAKcruiser,
Thanks so much for the information. We do not mind the walk to the Neptune Lounge, it will help with all those extra calories consumed. This will be largest cabin we have had to date, so not sure how we will feel about going back to a smaller one next time. Really the size of the cabin has not been that important, just the ship and destination. Thanks again for the good info.
